how much do you tip everybody?

-hair person
-makeup person
-each limo driver
-each photographer
-videographer
-dj
-mc
-bridal assistant
-maitre d
-flower deliver person?

did i forget anyone?

hey we are date twins.

haven't gotten to tipping yet - but my photographer requested a 100 tip -

Here's what we're doing:
Flower delivery $10 a guy
8 piece band $30 a member
3 photographers $75 each the day of, another $75 when I see proofs
3 limo drivers $30 each
bridal attendent $100

My dad will be tipping the maitre's whatever he wants.

Here's who we're not tipping
oficiants- paying enough already
string trio for ceremony- they're only playing for an hour
calypso band for CH- they're also only playing for an hour

I think that's about it.

i heard it is 50 a piece more if you are especially impressed with them

-hair person
-makeup person
-each limo driver 20% it is in my contract
-each photographer zip he is owner of his own business - but i will tip the assistants 50 each
-videographer owner = zip
-dj not using a dj - we are using a band they get a flat rate no tips that is in my contract also
-mc not using one
-bridal assistant 50 each more if particularly impressed with them ( that is what my banquet manager told me)
-maitre d $2 per person attending that was suggested by my hall
-flower deliver person? i invited them to the wedding in lieu of a tip at the owners request

did i forget anyone?
