My health has fluctuated since I met FH -- I have Crohns disease and had some ups and downs depending on how my health has been.
I think we've each gained a little in the past year --- FH played varsity bball all through HS and college and after graduation he switched to golf. So... he has much less exercise than he is used to.
I wasn't really that active since HS, but at least in college I had to walk everywhere. Now I have a car and spend a lot of time in bed with my books/laptop. Also, my summer job wined/dined us (I worked for a big law firm) and I gained 10 lbs from eating out 10-15x a week.![]()
I've lost about 5 of it.
FH never knew exactly what I weighed because it didn't really matter, but he knows now because we've been making an effort to eat healthy, work out, and its just one way to track our progress.
A lot of guys are really bad at guessing what girls weigh though since we carry weight differently.
