How much for flowers?

What are people paying for flowers? What kind of flowers are you using? Who are you using?

I think I want medium-height CPs, and will provide own vases if it will be cheaper. I need 7 boks, 9 bouts and 3 corsages. No ceremony flowers. I am not into using exotics or out of season flowers.

how many CPs?

I'm using a local florist. They were very willing to negotiate and we worked out the following:

1 bridal bouquet - all roses
3 BM bouquets
3 corsages
4 bouts (incl groom's) - callas
8 centerpieces - tall orchids

for about $500

My quote was 4200 dollars which is alot but we are getting all high centerpeices with callas, orchards, and all other unique flowers that aren't in season also extras in CH, entrance where placecards are etc on top of everyone's BQ bouts, ..... (we are def getting alot). We are getting help with paying for our flowers so we kind of went in there and went for it lol. We def spent way too much on something that will die but at least the room will look pretty

I got...

22 centerpieces
6 Bok
1 bride and 1 throw away Bok
6 grooms men
2 dads
2 moms
1 grandma
a centerpiece for my house (for free)
Pedals where ever i need it (Free)
candles (Free)
And flowers for the church

at Burtons

FM me if you want the quote.

I'm a bit frustrated because I keep hearing all these awesome quotes for burtons but they quoted me so high for less!

I asked for only 1 bm bok
bride bok
6 bouts
3 coursages
petals for fgs
18 cps
- I know they say it doesn't matter but none exotic or out of season...

and they quoted me over $2700... what's up with that??

Bride Bok-peonies/rununculus
1 MOH bok-peonies/rununculus
3 BM boks-peonies/rununculus

groom bout-double rose
BM bout-double rose
4 GM bouts-single rose
1 RB bout-single rose

2 moms corsages
2 dads corsages
2 corsage for grandma's
1 corsage for grandpa

15 cps-4 pillar candles in hurricanes with rose petals, votives, rose heads and hosta leaves

Rose petals for cake table, Ch tables, escort table

$1800ish, dont remember exactly

def look into burtons..you can email them and they will give you a rough quote....i also emailed verbena and a few other liw vendors and they do give you estimates via email.

burtons quoted me 1150 for
bride bo-k
MOH bo-k
7 BM's Bo-k
4 bouts
2 mother corsages
5 other corsages
2 ceremony pieces
flower girl

i ended up going with flower michele though for $1350

(that price is for no CP's)
