Just wondering how much everyone is spending and what they are getting ( so that I am prepared when I start going to the flosits! )

Re: How much for your centerpieces?
I'm doing a candle holder centerpiece with fake mini-ivy garland wrapped around it and some spreays of purple flowers...the candle holders were $7.50 each on clearance, the garland, maybe $3.99 for 9 ft and the sprays were $2.99 and we can break them apart
When we met with our florist he said he could work within any budget. You start with the total flower budget - deduct the bouquets, personal flowers, ceremony arrangements and then divide the balance left by the number of tables. We ended up paying about $75-80 per table.

Doing them myself. Hurrican glass with a pillar candle inside, surrounded by votives. All materials purchased at Michaels. So far the cost is about $10 a table. I am going to add rose petals around it on the tablr also so it will come out a little higher.

Re: How much for your centerpieces?
We purchased candelabras and the florist will be making an arrangement to put in the center. The guests can take the whole thing home. Depending upon the size of the floral arrangement, it will cost between $55 and $70 each.

We are doing the same ones as Betty and they are charging us $65 per table. I am going to use all roses though in my colors of ivory, pink and burgundy.

Mine are $90 each -- but there are 4 dozen flowers -- 2 dozen white roses, 1 dozen white irises and 1 dozen blue irises.
