thats whats great about flowers by burton, they gave us a nice deal on the flowers (the best deal from any vendor), and when we booked in March 2005 [our wedding date was 7-7-06), we only had to leave a $50 deposit!

i think it depends on the florist....i only had to put down $50! the rest is due a few weeks before.
