How much is a marriage license?

Thanks so much! Just going over my budget of what is left that I have to save for.

If you get your marriage licence with in the 5 boroughs it is $35 anywhere else in NYS it is $40

Yup, on Long Island it's $40!

You have to get one no sooner than 1 month - right?

It's within 60 days of the event that you can get one. No sooner than 60 days :)

Also you have to wait at least 24 hours (like literally 24 hours not just the next day) to use it so don't leave it till the last minute!

I wouldn't leave it til last minute - I was going to try to get it July 22nd, if it were up to me I would have gotten it in 2008, right after we got engaged - lol

I thought I had to wait for the one month mark - thanks for the info! Good to know.
