how much is everyone spending on favors

and what are you giving? what is the average price to spend ( i know it depends on what you are getting) but what do you all think is a good/fair/reasonable price?

Approximately 200...maybe 250.... if I can get away with it. I'm on a roll though..just ordered favor boxes off ebay at a STEAL for 36.99!! 200 of them!

I'd like to fill them with chocolates (preferably the silver coated chocolates) and then tie them up with organza ribbon, and a monogram sticker.

My favor is more of a joke since we are having a Eur-Asian wedding. The total is just under $400.
It is a chinese-takeout box with 2 custom made fortune cookies in it, chocolate and tea. The boxes have organza ribbon tied around them and a card attached.

favors were at the very bottom of my list of priorities when it came to spending money. i finally decided to do CD favors after looking at hundreds of ideas. they're extremely inexpensive too .. i think we calculated $200 at the most for about 400 people. works for me

I am doing these, they 2.60 each plus $.25 for personalization, and I am doing jordan almonds in an organza bag. Total is is costing me around $4.00 each person, plus the ribbon for the boxes. I am gioving one favor per couple and one bag of almonds per guest.

Not sure yet, I have a lot of time. I really like those little boxes that are posted above, but $6.10 for a tiny box with five jordan almonds in it is a bit expensive if you ask me.
