Just wondering how many places everyone plans to register. Is 3 too much? Was thinking Macy's, BBB and Target. Is that too repetitive?

Re: How much is too much?
we are registering at 3-4 places because we don't live together and we both live at home so we need EVERYTHING!!! it really depends on your needs. plus the more you put on the more options people have to pick from, i don't think you can have too much stuff! Have fun with it

Re: How much is too much?
we are only registering at macys. macys on 34th street in the city has everything one can ever need/want. plus it makes it much easier for guests if we register at one place

Re: How much is too much?
3 is definitely not a lot. I also want to do BBB, macy's and target. I've already registered at fortunoff for a few items because they had an amazing gift card giveaway for registering. I'm don't plan on registering for all the same stuff at each place though.

Re: How much is too much?
I haven't thought of registering yet. Another thing to add to the list of 5 million things to do.
And I'm with everyone else- 3 is def. not too much. It gives people options. Everyone loves options.

Re: How much is too much?
It depends on whatever you want to do. I know a lot of people who do at least 3. I only plan to register at BBB, especially that i don't plan on registering for China. I also fine that BBB is where most people will shop for you anyway.

Re: How much is too much?
i dont think 3 is too much but just do your research on what you want and from what store so you dont end up double registering for the same stuff...then you have to go through the hassle of returning it all

I think 3 is just right, 4 is ok, then anything more than 4 I think is too much - jmo

Re: How much is too much?
I want Target but I heard that you can't return duplicate items or something to that effect? I think I will get my China from macys. My family wants to buy us Christmas presents off our registry so I need to get going on it soon!

Re: How much is too much?
I just registered at fortunoff.... so early because they had a promotion running at a bridal show and wanted to take advantage of it.
I also plan on registering at Bed Bath Beyond... and maybe one more place like Macy's or I even hear Target has it now too.

Re: How much is too much?
I would do 3 since it gives people more options as to where to go, plus if you pick one store it might be too far for someone to get to.
