How much is too much in a reception?

I am having a wedding and I have a budget. I want everything to be amazing but I don't want to be in debt . I am having my reception at the crest hollow country club (the place itself is amazing) So I guess I'm asking.. How much should I put into flowers photographer, videographer , limos... etc... Please help... I have no idea and really can't sleep over it and Google really isn't any help... Thank god I found this website thank you ladies

How much is too much in a reception? - Long Island Weddings

I was on a budget to do what I did was research the cost before I booked a venue to see how much they where do I knew how much I could spend on a venue. I went all inclusive after that bc I had a very low budget! there is a place in Levittown across from from the texas road house that has an wedding packages like that. it's called the complete wedding I think. they have 3 options!

but here is what I found individually
limo - I needed something to hold 21 people! so a bus was min 1600-2000 or a car and an suv was something like 1200-1800
flowers- I only needed bouquets and boutonnieres - for 1 bridal, 1 toss, 7 bridesmaids, 1 flowergirl basket, 2 corsages, and 11 boutonniere- I was told for those blue and purple lilles and with those white with the purple center calla lillies I was looking at $1000+ but if I have my girls like 4 long stemmed calla lillies each to.hold only I was looking at $600
photographs- ( we didn't price video. sorry) one place told me to just geta cd of all the pics unwatermarked so we could get and make our own album wanted $1200 just for that. I found for just our album it was something like $2000
dj- for a one man dj/mc $1200

I know a couple getting married there and they spent an extra $9 on these things. I have heard the average is $8-10k
