How much liquor?

How much liquor?

Ladies,
How much liquor per person are you ordering?

We are doing wine, beer, and a champagne toast only (no hard liquor). How much per person? Only a couple of big drinkers in the crowd. I have heard 1 bottle of wine per person. That sounds like a lot!
Suggestions, anyone?

Our RH has an open bar. We only had to pay extra for extra special liquors...for example if my Uncle Joe only drank Jack Daniels Green Lable, we'd have to pay extra for them to get that. Otherwise all was included. THere is a no shot policy that we are strictly enforcing.

Yeah, good idea on the no shots. Shots are a sure way to end up with obnoxious guests who get DUIs on the way home!
