We talked about this in my WW meeting on Saturday. We had this guy celebrating he lost 100 pounds and another person lost 110 pounds. But the biggest loser of them all was this other guy who has been on lifetime for 6 months and has lost 241 pounds. He's a big loser.

I lost 15 lbs or so on WW and then I did Atkins and lost 35 lbs. In total I lost 7 1/2 inches off my waist Only 20 more to go by Nov and I will be soooo happy
