How much of a loser are you

We talked about this in my WW meeting on Saturday. We had this guy celebrating he lost 100 pounds and another person lost 110 pounds. But the biggest loser of them all was this other guy who has been on lifetime for 6 months and has lost 241 pounds. He's a big loser.

I'm a loser too...

lost 30 pounds

FI big loser. he lost 50 pounds

I am normally a 'loser' but as of late I am a GAINER. But I am back on the bandwagon....since I have about 2 months to get down 10 pounds and firmly be a loser of 30 pounds in a year of being on WW.

I am a loser! 27.2 pounds down. Two more weeks until Lifetime status. Trying to just maintain now. Getting nervous that my gown will be too big when it comes in and they won't be able to alter it correctly.

I don't know if this counts but about two years ago I lost 20 pounds and have kept it off. It's amazing what a little exercise and portion control can do for you !!

I think back and am like, my lord what was I eating????

I did semi-ok yesterday but I wanted to work out again last night and I didn't. The late night brownie didn't help!

Re: How much of a loser are you

Congratulations to all the people that have lost the weight and have been able to keep it off. Before Christmas I lost 15 pounds on weight watchers. Ever since Christmas, I havent been able to get back into the dieting mode. I actually gained 10 pounds back. I know I need to lose the wieght and start excersizing, but I just cant motivate myself.

I cant wait for the warmer weather to come, because that will help me out alot. I need to start moving and I cant in the winter....for some reason.

Re: How much of a loser are you

I think it is harder in the winter because you tend to bundle up with clothes, make soups and stews, etc....but once the summer comes around and you have to SHED clothes, it is MUCH easier because I know me, I look down and think wow, look at those fat, white legs!

Re: How much of a loser are you

I agree. I think the winter months are definatly harder. We make a lot of soups and stews in the crock pot and its so good.

Though, 1 cup of beef stew is 5 points. But who can eat just one cup

Summr months I tend to eat a lot more fruit b/c its a quick snack, and I am always on the run b/c it's so beautiful out I want to take advantage

Re: How much of a loser are you

Over the past year I've lost 72 pounds..

I did WW for 8 months and lost 40 pounds... and I've been on atkins for 4 months and lost 32 pounds.

I hoping to lose another half of that before the wedding! If I lose 1 pound per week, I can do it. Yay!
