How much time are taking....

off from work before the wedding? I took three days (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) married on a Saturday, and was approved, but someone said that is a really long time. Your thoughts?

well considering that I'm moving right after the wedding, it'll basically just be my last day of work. I think it's set to be a week before FH gets out here (he's flying in the week before the wedding). I might tell them that I can come in an extra week though. No reason to have THAT much free time. I should be fine.

I think 3 days is good though!! You'll need those days off I think.

If I could have taken the whole week I would have. I know the last week of work, I basically couldnt concentrate on anything. Well except LIW Iam sure you are feeling the same way... kinda like this

My wedding is the 14th of November and I am off from November 12th through December 1st. So I took 2 days off before the wedding

Re: How much time are taking....

My wedding was a Sunday so I had taken the Friday before off... but as I was leaving work that Wednesday, my boss told me I didn't have to come in Thursday either! It was such a nice surprise!! So... I had 2 days off before the wedding.

Since its Thanksgiving weekend, I already have off from that Wednesday. BUT I may take the Tuesday off just to get more stuff done. So thats 4 days off before the wedding

I'm not taking much time off...my last day in the office is 12/23 and the wedding is 12/27 but you have to factor Christmas in there so only two days.
