HOW MUCH TIME DOES WEDDING PLANNING TAKE!!!

Jeez!

Just to figure out what you want...

Hours go by so fast...and I'm not just talking about on here....

makeuptrials, hair trials, three hour florists meetings x how many florist you meet?, fittings, shopping, researching, meetings...

Re: HOW MUCH TIME DOES WEDDING PLANNING TAKE!!!

so far, as scary as it is, i have booked the first vendor i have seen. i like something, i book it. why shop around if that place is offering exactly what you want?

i booked my hall on my first shot as well as photo and flowers.

if you do enough research on here and on the internet, and make a couple calls, you can avoid going to multiple places and wasting your time.

I agree with you, Preshy. Sometimes I start doubting my planning approach, thinking oh I really should have booked more appointments but then I'm like why waste my time if I KNOW they (whatever vendor) are not in my price range/taste etc. and I find someone I like. I think I spend enough time on and do enough research on here to maximize my search efficiency

I had 6 months from start to finish and it was just the right amount of time. I would go nuts if i had years to plan. My taste changes so quick that 6 months was perfect.
