After reading on another board I am kinda in the dark on how much to spend on gifts for the bridal party. People always did like $40 when I was in the bp but it seems people are spending more then that.
So what are you spending per person ON AVERAGE ( i mean MOH, BM, GM, BM)

You should spend only what you can afford. Don't go overboard or over budget just because you think others are spending more. It's easy to get caught up in t he planning here -- what is important is acknowledging what your BP has done and means to you, not how much you spend.

Spend what you can afford. Don't go overboard because anything you give them will be appreciated. I spent about $40 on each of my BM's.

I was planning on spending about $100 per bm but to be honest with you I just can't afford it. I am going to spend about $50 - $75 at most on them and maybe another $20 on my matron of honor.

I was going to post the same thing. We started off thinking $100 per person but we need to make some budget cuts so definitely btwn 60-80 now.

I'd say around $50 with a little more for the MOH.
What kinda ***** is that I really wish I could figure out how much they spent on me first. I was in 2 bridal parties (one of them was married twice tho).
One of them got me a really nice gift but I don't think spent a lot because she 'got money back' from Macy's and probably applied it to the gift.
I have no idea where to even begin!!!

I am spending about an average of $50-75 because i just can't afford it, but I am going to spend a little bit more on the MOH's and Bestman. When you have alot of people in a wedding party it can get a bit crazy.

I spent $50 on the bridal party, $75 on my MOH (my sister), $25 of FG.
I also had a total of 9 girls plus a FG to buy for. If I could do it again, I would have gotten something extra for 3 girls in my bridal party who went above and beyond what the majority of the girls did. These 3 girls didn't give my sister any agrevation, like some of my other gals did.

MOH and 4 Brides Maids Pearl Necklace- $70 Pearl Earings-$30 Wristlet- $28 Flip Flops- $10 Silk Robes- $38
Best Man and 4 GM Desk Clock-$30 Luggage bag-$40 Dinner-$39
1 FG Gold Necklace (with a small diamond and pearl) $49 Precious Moment-$25
1 RB Gold Cross- $120 We did it cause we could. We significantly under budgeted our wedding. We had a lot more than we expected, and DH and I really wanted to let our BP know how much we appreciated all their work.

I spent $70 on each bridesmaid; I bought them necklaces and earrings. But don't go overboard; the girls are in your wedding b/c they love you. They'll love you whether you send 10 bucks or $100.

I would spend according to your budget ~ it is just a simple gift to say Thank you for being there and helping make your wedding day special! I know i always go over my budget! But just remember to have fun

Well, I'm spending about $50-100 per each little kid I have. If I had a BP, I would spend minimum $100 each. They go through so much that I would feel guilty spending any less. Our MOH and BM are getting a $1500 gift since they are going to have to fork out a lot of money for our wedding.
But it really depends on what you want to do and how comfortable you are with your BP.

We spent $100 on everyone but we also had a relatively small bridal party. (7 total) We gave slightly more to the BM and MOH too.
