I know my BMs are wonderful and have spent so much time and money on helping with the shower, bachelorette party, buying BM dresses... but I don't think they expect to be compensated for it with expensive gifts, and as I'm paying for the wedding myself, I really can't afford to buy them what I would love to be able to. So I think I'll get them something on the sentimental side, and I'm expecting to pay about $50-$75 each.

i thoguht i was gonna be spening about 50 each but i ended up getting all their DOJ on sale for $90! and little lenox gift boxes. each girl total is like $20 each. Im probobly gonna get them a little something else

About $150 each..i'm buying them an ipod touch.. fh is getting his groomsmen psp's.. (he copied from me.. he was gonna buy them tuxedos.. i told him that was *yawn* boring)

I had a rather large BP. We spent $50 on everyone, $350 on our MOH, and around $200 on the BM

I think it depends on what the responsibilites are and what you can afford.
My wp didn't do the shower and fh so what we are doing is about:
We have a small bp
2 bm - $60
1 fg - $65 * my niece so i got her more then what i normally would buy for a fg
Man of honor - $120.00
Fh is going to budget the same for the men or a bit less for the groomsmen, rb i had purchased some gifts for so he is adding to it so probably the same.

I spent about $200 on each girl.
They each got pearl earings and a pearl necklace as well as a wristlet and a robe.

i was thinking of about 100 on the bm maybe a bit more on the moh and about 75 on the gm i have a rather large bridal party

I spent approx. $150 for my MOH and $50 for each BM. I didn't get them all the same gift, I personalized it to things that they like and/or interested in.

i think it really depends on you... i'm giving mine each a goodie bag (they all love bags) with their name and fill it with things i know they will love... and use... you dont need to spend $300 on them if you think $100 or $50 is fine....

i spent around $60 on BM's, about $100 on MOH...mind you i found great deals! I think as long as you go looking, you can find them REALLY nice gifts without breaking the bank. I got my girls:
-earrings
-bracelet (both from partytimejewelry.com - they have great stuff for reasonable prices)
-engraved compact mirror
-purse to match BM dresses
MOH - i got the same but also got her a personalized sweatsuit that read on the top:
The BEST maid of honor...
and then on the butt: EVER!!!!
they all loved their gifts!
DH spent about $55 on the guys...got them personalized leather duffle bags..REALLY nice! and all the guys loved it! He got the BM the same but also got him an engraved moneyclip/buisiness card holder. good luck!

I dont mean to sound yano........but....Its really NOT how much you spend, I personally believe its the effort and time you put into finding something special. Of course I had a tight budget BUT I looked for each seperate girl for 5 months and picked up things here and there. They all loved it and it was so personal. Whether the gift is 25 bucks or 100....wouldnt matter to me, its the effort,,,think about how much time your girls are putting into you. Take them out!!! and give them a special card with a personal gift. ![]()
