Hair trial and make-up trial. Hair is $65 and make-up is $75 how much should I tip each girl?

Should I still tip $15-$20 if the $65 and $75 is going into each girls pocket. Its a salon in my hairdresser's house.

I had a makeup/hair trial (same person) and it was $55 for each......total was $110, I gave her $145.
