How much to tip vendors the day of the wedding?

Last night FH and I were going over our expenses and were very pleased that since we planned 2 yrs in advance we were well below budget!!! His mom and my FMIL did not believe we can do it under 20,000 and we did, then we were trying to figure out who and how much we tip. We are using the owner of the florist, we have the caterers, the DJ also the owner with an assistant, videographer also an owner, and the rabbi does not want any money that day, so we are going to get him a gift certificate to somewhere. (We are temple members so there is no charge) What did everyone else do for tipping??
