ALOT! Don't know the exacts but I constantly have a water bottle with me wherever I go.

I have a program that tracks it for me...it says .035 oz...per calorie eaten or burned...

I usually have 40-60 a day

I try to drink between 40 and 60 ounces a day but I really have to force myself. Water just doesn't do it for me!

if you have trouble drinking water (I don't) a friend of mine puts a pinch of crystal light in hers...

i drink ALOT of water, but i don't know exactly how much a day. i love water, it's basiclly the only thing i drink everyday.

I try and do 3 32 oz. a day during the week at work since we have a water cooler, so 96 oz. but sometimes I do only 64...and I stop by 3:00 or I would be peeing all night!

i drink at least 8 - 10 cups each workday, but on the weekends i'm really, really bad. i think M-F i have a set routine, so i make sure i drink plenty.

i aim for between 4-5 16 oz. bottles - a little more if I go to the gym. I have to go to the bathroom every 1/2 hour though!!!

AT LEAST 6 GLASSES...ABOUT A LITRE AND A HALF. i FILL MY BOTTLE AND DRINK IT THROUGHOUT THE DAY.
