So I just found out that my water bottle is 1 liter (I guess it pays to work with Scientists!) So I've been drinking 4 liters of water a day...woops! I'm at 2.5 liters

Well I seriously thought it was a half liter. Yesterday I was having lunch with a co-worker and we both had our water bottles and they were the same, so I asked her how many oz's it was and she was like, oh it's a liter. I'm TERRIBLE at measurements

I am up to 90 oz
I don't know if this was shared but this is a hydration calculator that my coworker's nutritionist uses. The results may surprise you and you probably need more than 2 liters a day depending on variables. I need like 87 oz!
