Have some of you gone without one or do any of you plan on skipping that? I am afraid that I'm not going to find one that I like. Do I have to have it? I may have two sugared pears on top of the cake instead...

I did flowers. Topper is not required at all. The only topper I really liked was the cake jewelry monogram letters but I ended up not getting them.

since we have all the red roses..i was thinking of going with roses on top ( florist is providing)

this is what we are having, i do have a cake topper, but i am going to put it on the cake table instead of on top
we're not doing a cake topper. my florist is providing cake petals for the table and the hall will decorate the cake with them.

I don't tink it's necessary at all. My sister had sugar flowers on top f her cake so her cake topper was on the table. I don't even think anyone wold miss it if you didn't have one!
