How often do you shower? How about wash hair?

How often do you shower? How about wash hair?

I know OT, but was on another board and some of the answers shocked me.

I shower at least once a day (Morning) and sometimes a night again.

My hair twice a week.

wash my hair every 2 weeks , shower 2-3 times a day

I try to shower and wash my hair once a day but will sometimes skip if I'm running late for work. Rarely do I not wash my hair for more than 2 days though...It get's super stringy!

once a day usually after i work out. If i work out 2x a day, then i'll shower 2x. as far as hair, it gets washed every other day.

I shower daily in the morning, and I wash my hair every other day, sometimes I skip Sunday if I'm just home cleaning and wait to wash on Monday AM.

I shower every day or sometimes skip a day I wash my hair every other day and sometimes go every two days if I was straightened If i scrunched it then I wash it that night

i shower daily...in the summertime sometimes twice
i wash my hair every other day (when it is straight) and every day when its curly

i shower daily and wash my hair everyday (when im hitting the gym like i should)

or every other day ( curly hair is prone to over drying, so i shouldn't wash it all the time)

at least once a day for both. My hair gets greasy if I don't wash it everyday. Sometimes I'll straighten it and leave it for 2 days, but thats the longest I'll go!

i shower every day and wash my hair then too...unless its a weekend and im lazy then maybe neither but that's rare.

when i was home sick for days after going to the ER i dont think i showered for 3 days lol. just slept.

I shower every day, and wash my hair every other. My hair gets very brittle if I wash it everyday.

i usually shower once a day and wash my hair every time i shower...

but sometimes i miss a day

Shower twice everyday and I go to the salon to wash/ get my hair done every other week

I shower daily sometimes miss a day but same goes for my hair - I can't not wash my hair gets too greasy!

Shower twice a day. Every morning before work, and every evening after my workouts. Wash my hair once a day, after my workouts bc I'm all sweatyyyyyy!
