How on earth did I go from registry loathing to....
adding more and more and more and thinking 'Oh no, I hope they don't forget to buy me this....or this....or this....or this....'??
Honestly, this is completely bizarre! I had my mom, sisters and even some friends after me for not having enough on my registry and I was just so annoyed- I couldn't think of much more and I just hated registering
Well last night FH & I were at a friend's (a married couple) house and she gave me so many ideas! I came home and starting adding like MAD!!!
How did this happen?!?! Now i'm worried I over-registered!!

we did the same thing! A few months later I started adding more things that we really don't need but would be fun if we do get. I just hope though people us get us the things we really want like our china.

no such thing as over registering. i thought i had had a lot of stuff on my registry and then most of it got bought and we were asked to add even more stuff. Also, whatever isnt bought if you really want it you can use the completion coupon to buy it.

exactly -- there's always the completion program to look forwad too!!
but I totally understand what you mean about making sure you get the items you really want on there like china & crystal!! my mom just start asking me if there were things I wanted but didn't register for to giver her some different ideas other than the registry. hmmm....maybe a shower is being planned

My FH aunt gave me the best advice when doing my registry:
Treat your registry like the ultimate wish list. Put everything on their that you wish you could have, even some of the priceier things you might hesitate on. Be happy with what you get and don't expect to recieve everything. If you do happen to get everything you will be pleasantly surprised!!

I am in the same boat. I just dont even want to look, let alone add anything else to my registry. I do hope that feeling changes.
Im happy for you tho..thats great that you got so many ideas from ur friend..
