Congrats. And you cannot bake yourself. I had to stop my heat-yoga the minute I found out I was pregnant- doctor's orders. But you can enjoy the beach for small periods of time.

What great news, congratulations, before you cancel your vacation check with your doctor, as the other girls have said just watch ypur exposure to the sun and make sure you stay hydrated

For what it's worth, my doctor said to stay hydrated and come inside if I feel dizzy or too warm.
