I only had about 96, 85 is fine it will be fun no matter what.
Remember its not the size that counts

definetlythat is a fine number. Something to keep in mind about weddings,,,they should be about sharing this special moment in your lives with those who mean the most to you. There is no right or wronge number!

Not at all!! It is looking like we will end up with 95-110 and that is a perfect number.
Just think - Everyone will be comfortable at their tables, not smushed Your dress is less likely to be stepped on You can spend more time with each guest individually, and at each table visiting Everyone will have room to DANCE and PARTY!!!

I had exactly 85 including me and DH. It was like having a party in our home - it was small enough that we were able to really talk to pretty much everyone....very nice and intimate....which is odd for my family because everyone is used to the big fat greek wedding thing. LOL
Its been 3 years and people still complement us. 2 of our friends had such a nice time that they are now scaling back their wedding to resemble ours (which is a HUGE complement in my book!)
I think its fabulous - ENJOY!

We had only 52 people including DH and I. We had a great time, and the good thing: although many people we loved couldn't make it because of the situation in my country (Venezuela) and other friends abroad or out state, we had a great time with the 50 that were with us. We knew since the biginning of our planning that all these loved ones wouldn't make it, so we signed for a 50 minimun with our hall. It was intimate, and lots of fun, and we did not have anyone there that we did not want really to be with us. So be happy! 85 is a nice number!

I think 85 is a GREAT number....b/c I am getting married overseas, I have about 75 people. 55 or so are flying from the states and about 20 or so live in Italy (where we are getting married)
I can't wait and think that a small wedding is more intimate and 'romantic'...
(not at all to say I wouldn't mind having a huge blow-out wedding too if I could - but it's just not in the cards for us)
I think it will be perfect....and CERTAINLY NOT LAME!!!!!

My wedding is Friday but we have a total of 53 adults and 2 kids coming... I'm so exicted to have such a samll and initamte wedding... We don't even have a BP cause if you're there you're important!!!
