Are you leaving on you hm? Our wedding is sat night, and we wanted to take a 7 am flight the next morning. My mom thinks we should be home the next morning for breakfast. I kind of like the idea of just taking off, but would like to hang out with my family a little, too! Help!

Where are you going? Is there more than one flight there? Can you get a later flight? We're getting married on a Sunday and leaving Monday evening for our HM. We're going to Greece and I think the only direct flight to Athens leaves at like 6pm.

I would not leave that early trust me you will be exhausted I was the next morning of my wedding, give yourself a few more hours or leave early on Monday

we left early on Monday morning (wedding was Saturday night). It was great to have a day to relax and decompress before getting on a plane. Also, my mom had a brunch the next day at their house, which was a great opportunity to spend some more time with guests we don't see that often.

It might be safe to leave yourself at least a few more hours to sleep and/or catch up with your family before you leave.

We are going to california- it is a 6 hour flight so I would welcome being tired so I could sleep. If we were going to stay for brakfast, the only feasible flight we could take lands in Long Beach at 7:30. By the time we got to the hotel, etc. it would be 9 and we are leaving on a cruise the next morning. I feel like paying for a hotel that night is a waste because of the time change we will be tired and probably go to bed pretty early.

we havn't booked our HM yet but regardless of what we plan we are not intending on leaving for our HM til at least sunday afternoon or monday morning. We are taking 2 weeks so i don't want to get up crazy early. I, personally, would rather spend the morning with my family and friends at the hotel and have breakfast with them.

our wedding is sat night. we are leaving for l.a. at 6pm ish on sunday. then the next morning we are continuing on to kauai. b/c we only have a week we didn't want to totally waste sunday. but this way we can still have brunch with our guests and relax a little.

We are getting Married Sat at 11:30am and our reception goes til 5:00pm. We are leaving Sunday morning on an 11:30 flight to ARUBA

Our reception in on a Fri, and it is over at 9pm. We are leaving for our hm the next day (Sat) and we are taking the red-eye (it leaves JFK at 10:45 pm) We are going to spend Saturday afternoon with our out of town guests

We are staying at a hotel the night of our wedding and waking up to have breakfast with the family at the hotel in the morning. We are planning on leaving Monday ( Saturday is wedding). We want to try and hit the bank before we go so we don't hold up people's checks, we will be away for three weeks.

Getting married on a Friday and leaving on Sunday.
Trust your Mom on this one. You will need a day just to absorb your beautiful wedding.
I travel alot to CA. If you really are set on leaving the next day. Why don't you leave on a later flight, towards the evening?
