not that soon IMO. mine isn't even thinking about tuxes yet - i ask him what he wants and he's just like, whatever. I think guys only need to do it like a month or two in advance....
be happy that yours is into it!

FH was feeling like he was behind the ball so we went to Men's Warehouse last weekend....they are currently combining with After Hours (they bought it) and almost all of their items are currently discontinued (b/c they're taking over lines that AFter Hours carried) so if you're planning to go to MW I would wait at least a month....but the girl also told us we were looking REALLY early and he didn't need to do it until 3 months before....of course, we will still do to before that, but probably not until January when MW has all their stuff ironed out!

I guess it doesnt hurt for them to start looking. But he wont know colors or anything until your girls get their dresses too. I know FH isnt going until like 2 months before the wedding. His cousin went the week before his!! lol

yeah it sin teh wine burgandy color.. but i told him that we arent goign until feb, and hes annoyed... lol
i guess he wants to look good and see his options...

Nah... My FH told me tonight: 'I dont want you around when I pick out my tux.. If I cant see your dress, you cant see my tux... I want to surprise you with how sexy and handsome I look!' I was like : 'NOOO, okay fine.. But no white and NO tail back...' Then he tells me 'You cant tell me how to dress but I wont wear white or the long tail back thing, but its OUR day and I dont need to be the only one surprised!'
He is sooo corny LOL So I guess Im not allowed to know what his tux will look like.. Even though he is stupid since we went and looked at some already and h picked his style out in front of me.... God I love him!

I would say that after the holiday season the two of you can head to Macy's and try on tuxs. Let him have the bridal shop experience and check out styles. It sounds like he would love to ooh and ahh at himself and it might be a fun day for the two of you. Then when it's time to get tuxs right before the wedding he'll know what styles look best on him.

my brother in law and his gm went about 2 months before...it all was done with plenty of time to spare, but no harm in looking even earlier

Anthony went yesterday with 45 days to go and it will be fine
i suggest going earlier bc now everyone has to rush to get fitted

thats okay bc FH officially went to more tux places then i went to dress places - he checked out two that he didnt like and then finally found one he liked
