How to address response card envelope when you live together? (POLL)

Hi ladies! I need your opinions.

My FH and I live together. How should the response card envelope be addressed?

we addressed ours miss jane doe and mr. john deere all on one line

ours said First Last and FIrst Last (no Ms/Miss/Mr)

Mine will be my father's address, since he and my mom are the ones who are hosting.
I assumed that if your invite says something like:

Mr. and Ms. John doe
invite you to the wedding of their daughter

then the response should be the parents address.
I dunno i guess i always thought that...
