How to approach the co-workers you invited to your wedding that did not yet respond?
It's a day past my response date and I have yet to receive 3 co-workers responses.. should I wait until Friday and simply ask them like this... 'I just was wondering if you will be coming to my wedding b/c I have not received your response.'
or say it another way.. how did/will you approach this if it happens to you?
Also, one of them is my boss.. who has not yet replied.. how do I approach him? TIA

If it's only a day past your response date, I'd at least wait until after the weekend to ask -- just to see if any mail it in late (unless you're really pressed for time).
After that, I'd probably just ask them politely.

I just went up to them and asked - and asked again, and asked again, and asked again. Some didn't give me answers until the week I gave my final head count and then 2 of them didn't show up with their husbands to my wedding!

I would probably wait until the middle of next week before I asked them. And when I did talk to them I would say soemthing along the lines of...'totally OK if you can't make it but I have to get my final head count in so just wanted to check and see if you are coming'

I would wait another week... you never know what happens with the mail, things are screwy. I just emailed the people though, and asked if they were able to come. They should be embarrassed, not YOU!

Good approach!

I would wait until a week has passed and do it in a nice funny, yet firm way. Like by the water cooler or something say 'Hmmmm...too bad (name the people that haven't responded) aren't going to be at my wedding...' and see if they say something
