how to clean platinum

Hi girls! What do you use to clean your platinum engagement rings? I heard that you can use ammonia, but I'm reluctant to try it.

FH and I just used his credit card points to buy a cappuccino machine so I can use the steamer to clean my ring

(we like cappuccino too!)

this is exactly what my SIL does! And it really works!

I personally use this jewelry cleaner I bought at BB&B (Conssieur - spelling?). Works great for me between professional cleanings.

I remember that if I ever get a cap. Machine
I've used my friend's jewelry steamer b4 but I don't have $100 to blow. I'll check out the store for some cleaner.
