I have an appointment this evening with the florist for the first time. Do I bring photos and ideas of what I want? Do I leave it up to him? FH and I have not discussed this at all, and I am not sure what colors or arrangements go and to topit off FH can't come with me tonight b/c he's working. Does the florist know what colors go with what? I seem very confused. TIA
I would suggest bringing a swatch of the BM dress to comare flowers colors to. I plan to bring my florist 3-5 photos of what I've seen and liked and then we can work together from there - this way they know my taste from the start!
Im having my 2nd to final meeting with My florist next week.. Im bringing a swatch of my girls dresses, also I have a couple pics I want to see what he thinks of them.

I felt that a good florist woulf be able to give me ideas of what looks well together as far as the type of flower and the colors. My florist did this. They should show you pictures of their work and maybe that can help you narrow it down. Also, my florist said that everything could be changes as we got closer to the date, even if I wanted a dramatic change like in the color scheme or flowers I chose. I did bring a swatch of color from the BM dresses and I had an idea of what color scheme I wanted to go with based on the colors in my RH. But they should have some ideas IMO.
