How to do table cards...

How do you do the spacing on table cards? 1 space between name and table number or two spaces. Reason I ask is because some of my friends have long names, etc and its going on the next line....

Also is this the correct format? Mr. and Mrs. Smith or Mr. and Mrs. John Smith

Mr. and Mrs. John Smith

Table 1

or

Mr. and Mrs. Smith
space

Table 1

Another example of a long name:

Mrs. Nicole Palalownski and
Mr. John Cannelini
space
Table 1

Or does it not really matter??!?!?

Doesn't really matter about the spacing, but you do use the first name, Mr. and Mrs. John Smith, or Mr. John Smith and Ms. Amy Tree.
(alphabetize by last name)
