I need a good budget photographer-anyone have any suggestions on where to start looking?
some of the popular photogs are out of my budget; need someone that close to $1K maybe only slighlty more. Don't even know where to start....

Maybe go on Craigslist or a college campus to find someone whos just starting out. Sometimes those are the best way to go because they really love what they do and want to do it!!

My E-pics photographer is new to the business, but does amazing work and gave us a nice package for $1500. FM me if you want her info!
Also, I think Lighthouse Photography might have a package under $1000 without albums. They were nice but we were looking for a different style.

eliminate all the extras in the package like albums, thank you cards etc...and they come down in price. Remember you can create the albums on your own for far cheaper once you get the rights to the phots. That's what we're doing to keep costs down!
