So the interview passed, the thank you went out, a follow up e-mail was made and I still haven't heard anything,
I want to call and ask but am not sure I want the rejection of not getting the job today (I am super-PMS'ing)
Should I e-mail again? Or assume that it was filled and move on?

Re: How to follow up on a job interview?
I would just sit tight. The email and thank you note is enough. IF they are interested in you they will let you know. The more time that passes the more I would assume that you aren't getting the job.

Re: How to follow up on a job interview?
My guess it that they filled it already, but I just want to hear it. It was an informal interview and the person really seemed to like me and my skills (she said it) but she didn't know if they could afford to pay me my minimum (they were really low paying).
I am guessing she couldn't get the flexibility to pay me more.
I just wish I could hear it so I don't hold out that glimmer of hope.

How long ago was the interview? If it was a week or more, I would call. Just say 'I was wondering if you can tell me what point you are at in the decision making process.' It has worked for me.
