how to word this...

So we decided NOT to do a shuttle bus...the hotels are literally under a 5 minute car drive from the RH and it was going to cost us an absurd amount of money for this.

However... our limo is going to be shuttling back and forth between one of the hotels and the RH.

Here's the problem: The BP needs to have the limo at 1AM to get us back to the hotel....and it also has to bring us there around 5:30PM...

I want to put a note in the bags so that people know that they can take the limo...but only b/t certain hours...how do I say that without sounding obnoxious?

'Limo shuttle service will be available from 6:30PM to 12:30AM only at the Days Inn. Before and after that time, the limo will be reserved for bridal party use.'

ETA: Should I make the end time later since the hotel is only like, 5 min away MAX?

i wouldn't mention 'bridal party use' ... just say:

'Limo shuttle service to and from the reception hall will be provided between the hours of 6:30PM and 12:30AM at the Days Inn'

ITA. As a guest I would assume that if I'm looking for the limo at 12:45 AM, I'm going to be SOL.
