How to wrap Groomsmen gifts?

FH got the guys watches and wants to just hand them over in the boxes they came in. I think that's a little cheesy. He said gift bags seem too girly and he'll think about wrapping them. What are you guys doing? Am I wrong, is it not that bad to just hand them over?

How to wrap Groomsmen gifts?

I was having the same thought. I don't know why gift bags seem girly, but they do, lol. But, the last wedding I was in, all the gifts, guys and girls, were in white gift bags. So, I guess that works. It would be such a guy thing to do though, just hand them over like, oh here i got you this whatever. lol.

How to wrap Groomsmen gifts?

Hahahaha when it comes to stuff like that, I do all of the work and don't even ask FH. If it was me, I wouldn't just hand it over because then they need to carry it home. Throw it in a bag and call it a day!

How to wrap Groomsmen gifts?

I would say let your FH do what he wants. It may seem weird to you, but in the end it's the gift he's giving his guys. Trust me, I'm going thru the same thing with my FH, but i'm trying to get in the way. I dont think it would look bad either way.

How to wrap Groomsmen gifts?

What we did when we gave the groomsman gifts at the engagement party was put all the gifts in a small white gift box. I tied it with a black ribbon because I couldn't help myself, lol, but it was simple & not girly. I think I have a pic of it in my engagement party album

How to wrap Groomsmen gifts?

I think you can do whatever you want! Just handing them over is fine--they are just going to upwrap them within a second of having them, right?

How to wrap Groomsmen gifts?

I would put them in a bag just so they would have something to carry it in. My fh got little bags from the store where he bought the presents and is putting them in there. It is very manlike to just hand it though haha! Either way you wont go wrong

How to wrap Groomsmen gifts?

I am sure the boxes they are already in are nice enough. Maybe just tie a ribbon around them?

How to wrap Groomsmen gifts?

Haha, FH got leathermans and he's just going to hand them out in the box they came in. He doesn't believe in wrapping. They're his people so I feel like if that's what he wants to do, let him, lol.

How to wrap Groomsmen gifts?

If he wants to just hand them out without wrapping, maybe you could tie a ribbon with a gift tag that has their name on it, that way it's still very simple but has a little something to it!
