I went on no sleep at all since i'd been in the ER with my mom the entire night before (she's ok). It was pretty good, but I reached my tolerance for FH's family by the end of dinner, but we stayed for a short coffee/dessert, and then we left around 8:30. His niece and nephew are so cute and we played with them for awhile, and their parents, Fh's sis and bil totally ignored us, which suited us perfectly fine.
Anyway, it was ok. Not the disaster it could have been and Doug's family was really happy that we decided to come even though we orignally werent going to b/c we hadn't slept the night before. So it was worth it to make Fh and his family happy.
I hope everyone had a great time, and is having a really blsessed pesach...let's not get TOO fat from all that matzoh

Re: How were everyone's seders?
Jenn, I'm glad your mom is okay!
Our first seder was at my parents's house. It was very nice, but I was totally exhausted from getting little sleep the night before and helping my mom all day. It was the usual for my family. My dad tries to lead the seder but doesn't know where to start, and I direct him My nephews were adorable and the 2 year old knew part of the 4 questions! My aunt, uncle and cousins were there, and as usual, I barely spoke to them (aside from my uncle). My sister's MIL and her boyfriend were there, and as usual, the MIL did not get off her a s s to help my mom. The major lousy part about our seder was that my grandmother wasn't there for the first time b/c she's in a rehab center/nursing home
Seder #2 was at Brad's aunt and uncle in Port Washington. I love their seders, even though they're super long. They are very organized and more hebrew than my family's seder. There were two new babies there - one 7 1/2 months, and one just a few weeks. I held both of them, and I know everyone was wondering when I was going to have one! My flower girl (brad's cousin's daughter) was sitting next to me at the seder, and she's just adorable. I loved being with all the kids. We got home after 12:30 last night. I'm so tired today!
All in all, I ate my way through the weekend!

Re: How were everyone's seders?
Oh speaking of 2 years olds..whwen we were starting the seder, our 2 yr old nephew kept saying 'i'm not jewish! I'm not jewish! I'm fish!' I dunno hwere he got that from..and then when we were elaving he said 'no jewish goodbye!'
Doug's family's seders are just about all in english and VERY informal...I would love to go to a formal one..but it was really funny trying to follow it all and then the 2 year old running up to me handing me toy fish saying 'this is for you!'
