I woke up early and moved already!! Ran 5 miles at the gym this morning!!

I am babysitting my 7 month old niece she's a workout!!!!!

I just came back from the supermarket. That was my workout. OH, and shoveling later.

i will NOT be moving today. i cleaned the house this morning...that was as much as i will be doing!! i did the hardest workout yesterday that i ever remember doing in my life. i'm sore, it's cold, and i'm staying in bed!!!

Colleen, that is friggin' awesome!! I had wanted to do Jillian Michaels, but I'm feeling a little lazy and might just use shoveling as an exuse.
