how would u phrase RSVP about guests preferring transportation (bus) to LI from Brooklyn
Hi, We are thinking of booking a bus to provide transportation for guests from Brooklyn to LI and back (one specific location in Brooklyn). Instead of calling all the guests, we would like the guests to check off whether they would be interested in something like this as part of the RSVP (so that we know how many people are interested and they know that this is an option). Any ideas of how to best phrase this?? Thanks!

I think maybe something like this--
__Will Attend ____Requests/interested in Transportation from x to y and back (this would be indented) __Will not Attend
Or you could put in a seperate card like a hotel info card with the transportation info with just a box to check on the RSVP.

I would not put it on the RSVP card. In my experience people have a hard enough time checking off the 'yes I will attend' box! (You would be surprised!). Put it on a separate card will a little description On it or on the back of the card that has your hotel accommodations.

I would worry that if you put it in the invite, or on the RSVP card, people may assume that you are already providing the transportation, rather than asking if they would use it. You may want to take the personal route on this and ask the people you would assume would want it, that way you can help them figure out their trans, and you know whether its worth the money or not.
