You FH was in another state and was going to hang out with an old high school friend who is a GIRL?
And you DON'T know her!

If it was a group thing and other people were going to be there I would be more understanding but a little hesitant. If they are hanging out alone thats another story.

I definitely trust him...I'm just full of different emotions since he just moved to Denver..
I miss him so much and the thought of him hanging out with another girl makes me sad! BLAH

I don't think it would set right with me but he's never given me any reason to feel as though he would be unfaithful.

You would feel horrible? You're waaaay too nice...I'd say HE LL nooo! but if you want to be nicer, you could ask him if he'd be okay with you going to meet up with an old hs friend that was a male...and see what he says....tell him that if he really wants to go through with this, he has to be willing to accept you doing something similar in the future..

honestly i know this is TABOO on these boards

but FH doesn't 'let' me do certain things and don't 'let' him do certain things ( shocking i know )

ummm i have mixed feelings about this.... i had an ex who was away in another state and went out to eat witha 'friend' turned out thats the girl he cheated on me with...(sorry dont take it the wrong way) but he cheated on me in front of my face also so i guess i was asking for it...

then theres FH who was away at school in another state for over a year and he went out all the time i trusted him a bit more tho.. and he never cheated on me... i think it all depends. i asked 20?'s

if my FH were in another state and asked me if he could meet up with an old pal, i would be jealous that someone else gets to see him in person when i couldnt. it would drive me nuts, but i would let him go because i know he would never be unfaithful, and if all it takes is meeting an old friend to make him stray, well good riddance!

i would probably ask him to call me right after his time with her to soothe the green-eyed monster in me, lol.

i would not like it at all..i dont think that my FH would like it too much if the situation was reversed..But i do trust him so a part of me would feel like if i didnt agree to him going that i would be giving him the sense that i dont fully trust him...this is a tough one...I would probably say go and be giving him a problem about it ithe whole time and then ask a million and one questions after hahaha ask him how he would feel? What do you thin he would say???
