These kinds of questions always trip me up. I would say, honest, loyal, practical, dedicated.
Ok for a work related question I would have to say: loyal, friendly and eager to learn.
What my friends would say outside of work... totally different story!

Let me add - when I was recruiting this was a question we asked and the answers that I were most impressed by were:
- Responsible - Detail Oriented - Ambitious - Team Player - Dependable - Community Oriented - Reliable

Ok, so here's what I told her.... and I think it is pretty true.
I told her that I am the responsible one who also makes sure all my friends enjoy the best in life. I bring them to new places, hold their hands when they register for school or buy their first car. I am the one they call when they need help, need to laugh, need som e tough love, or need to find something better for themselves.
ETA: I just spoke with my BF & asked him this..... he said...Yes you are.....you are the Best Pain in the A$$ a guy could ask for

Hmm, I think different friends see different sides of me, so if it was my two best friends, who know me the best, they'd say: funny, unique, b!tchy, sensitive, caring, smart.

I would say dependable, generous to a fault and overly organized. They would also probably say that I am late for everything, but I wouldn't admit that at a job interview.
