Re: Howard Stern fans...

I'm a fan, but my commute is 20 minutes, so it doesn't make sense to get Sirius.
FH has a 45 minute commute, so I was thinkin gof getting it for him for Christmas.

Are you getting it?

Yes I am. I can't stand how they are bleeping, and hitting the dump button over stupid things.

Re: Howard Stern fans...

DH got it for me as a wedding present most women get jewelry I got the ability to listen to Howard I've had it since the summer and love it... the talk stations, BBC world news and in the last few weeks I have been listening to Howard 100 News with all of the old news guys from WINS... it's so funny to hear these serious, traditional news voices talk about the euphamisms for Eric's poop-fest and Wendy the Retard's Antics. Makes the 35 minute commute so much more enjoyable in the morning.

FH and I are both fans but I think that getting sirius may have to wait.

Re: Howard Stern fans...

FH and I have been crazy Stern fans forever - but I'm just sick and tired of hearing him whine - so no Sirius for me! I know he won't continue the whining on the other side - but I've lost all interest in him (and respect!)

Re: Howard Stern fans...

We are huge fans of howard. I was hoping they would come out with a portable since DH takes the train in everyday. But it looks like only XM makes a portable. Oh well, we'll have to wait......

Re: Howard Stern fans...

I've had Sirius for about a year now and I love it. I too am sick and tired of hearing him complain about everything but I guess it's just the nature of the beast. He did the same thing when his movie was coming out, it's all he talked about. Anyways, Sirius is awesome and I can't wait for him to come on over.

Divabride, Sirius does have a portable player now. Check the website!

Are you talking about the S50? Its really nice, but there's a catch to it. It works like an ipod where the shows have to be downloaded from the satelite port. So in essence you would need to buy the satellite radio and then spend another $300 for the S50.

Can you believe they suspended howard today? I was wondering why they had repeats today when they are doing the countdown. I heard it was because he was pushing sirius yesterday.
