HR people, I need help please

My new CEO wants me to look into hiring a good compensation survey group to get info on competitive salaries for sales people in our industry. Does anyone know of any companies that do this? Thanks.

Re: HR people, I need help please

Does he want that service on an on-going basis, or only for salary info here and there?
