Huge Dilemma, ok it is not that serious but I need help!
I booked a hairstylist and makeup artist for the day of my wedding....while In the process I was searching for an old hairdresser or mine who I had once worked with and love as a person and hairdresser. Well i found her and have gone to her the past 3 times to get cuts, colors, and styles for different things..I just love her...so now she says to me so what are we doing for the wedding, how do you want me to do it...and I was like OMG i forgot that i booked someone else...she would be so much CHEAPER and do an amazing job but how do I cancel the other person who is also great???

don't feel bad about cancelling the other person!
it's your wedding! you wouldn't want to stick with the person you booked just because you feel bad.... you want to go with who you feel comfortable with!
but... if you feel too bad and want to make something up, just say that a friend of the family offered to do your hair and makeup free of charge, so although you love her work, you're going to have to cancel!

I don't think you should feel bad about canceling. I am sure it happens to them all the time.

I wouldn't feel bad, it's not like your wedding is tomorrow and that person would lose anything... don't worry. Book who you want and who you feel most comfortable with!

you shouldn't feel bad but i know cancelling someone who did nothing wrong is hard to do. but go with your gut instinct. i only trust certain ppl with my hair. go with the girl you trust most!

Just tell her that you are doing your own hair and makeup for the wedding.
She cannot argue that. If she asks you why just tell her that it is a very simple wedding (unless you already told her details) and that you don't have the budget for hair and makeup.
If she offeres to do it for FREE (which she won't), you'll just cancel the other guy and get it done free.
She won't push it.....this is just a sales pitch.
