I think they might need the sticks surgically removed from their arses. There is a VERY long story behind this but because I am trying to not bore you to death, I'll give you the abridged version. He basically told FH on the phone that I didn't care what dress fits FSIL and that I picked an inappropriate dress for a girl of her size. MEANWHILE, I picked bill levkoff 966 because I've researched it for a year and a half and have seen that dress on a lot of different body types and it looks good on all of them. I'm so angry that this is what they think of me. I know it sounds so miniscule while I'm typing it but there is so much more to this story.

Well that's the thing, I took her shopping with me and she liked the dress and said it would work with her. I even gave her an alternative, bill levkoff makes the same dress with a halter top and i told her if she feels more comfortable in that she should order that dress instead. The whole reason for me choosing that dress was because of her.

did she gain weight since the first time u went? Does FMIL know about that? I mean if she gained weight ok...u work with that...and u offered an alternative....if she didnt speak up to u and be honest thats her own fault. While it can be embarassing (ive been thru it n have had to tell friends..its not gonna work with my body type im not comfortable) the bride is willign to work with u and the LEAST u can do is be honest.
