LOL that's what I used to do when my cat would play under there- he would knock over trees with his paw and chew on figurines and stuff-- it was great- so my brother and I would pretend he was Godzilla-- this was like, last year LOL J/K! It was when we were younger![]()

He's sitting on my FH's lap, then on MY lap WHILE I'm on MY LAPtop.
He's too cute! Then he's sitting next to me, and I'm petting him and he's going crazy...curling up, purring...he loves being loved on!

That is so funny, last night I said - it looked like my childhood cat...only there was no black on her nose, kind of just went up all white in the nose area...anyway, there are a bunch of strays that FH and I feed at his house...well new kittens appeared and one of them looks exactly like my childhood cat - well I started CRYING for about an hour, and FH said 'NO MORE FEEDING THE CATS, which led me to cry even more because I didn't want them to go hungary. Well we still feed them anyway. So last night I was showing him this place and this post and the pic of your cat popped up, and I screamed to FH - LOOK, it sorta looks like Cappy..!!!! And he said - OH BROTHER, ARE YOU GONNA START CRYING AGAIN! ![]()

That's pretty funny...I've seen so many cats that look like Thomas. I can totally understand you crying! He's gonna be 15 next year, so I don't know how much longer he'll last. What's sad is, if he's still alive when FH and I get married, we can't take him with us, because FH is allergic. :o( He'll stay at home with my parents, which is fine, but he's so attached to me, I don't know how he'll handle it. He gets upset even when I'm gone a day or two. He looks for me, and then when I come home, he greets me like I've been gone for months. It's so cute! He then has to be near me 90% of the time I'm home. Either on my lap or on a comfy spot near me. It's going to be REALLY hard on me when I lose him. I sympathize with you!! I'll probably do the same once he's gone. He's like having a child!

OH I KNOW! It is just terrilbe! To make matters WORSE! I have two cats at home (in my album of Mooshi) that are about that age too!) I am cry nearly every time I look at them knowing my time is limited with them. I am tearing up as I type! UGH! SOOO HARD! There was a girl on here that lost her cat a couple of weeks ago, I felt sooo bad for her, and another girl just recently! It just stinks!
So the new cat – I found her in July at a friends party – it was a horrible night, thunderstorms and all, we were standing in the driveway, ready to leave, and I heard her crying…I ran across the street to see the little kitten. She was standing under a car, just crying and crying…I kept calling her – I was sure it was a stray and would never come to me, but I kept persisting, and then the storm came, POURING RAIN, FH came out with an umbrella and parked the car to shine the headlights so I could see her. Well after about 15 minutes, she mustered up the courage to come to me, I picked her up (figuring I was going to get my eyes clawed out) but she curled up and purred….I knew she wasn’t a stray then, I figure some meany threw her out on the street!
So after MUCH debate we kept her, I didn’t want to knowing that I have my two cats at my apartment, I know that my cats are older and they don’t need the stress of moving and dealing with a new YOUNGER cat on top of it. FH said I was looking too much into it – (He never had cats, I had cats my whole life and KNOW cats) But he insisted…so we did….so we will be going through hell when we move in. Oh SO – FH had her at the vet to get her shots and all, and was sitting next to a girl and got to talking…turns out we think it was her kitten..she had a bunch, and 3 of them got out – they don’t know how, they tried to find them, but couldn’t, she said they all looked alike, couldn’t tell the apart, she kept the boy and a girl was missing, they were the same age and she lived within a mile of where we found her! So I felt sooo much better that she wasn’t thrown out. So I felt a little better keeping her, thinking it was a distraction from my cats (me being so upset about their age for so long) but at the same time I feel guilty too. I love my cats sooo much. Did you ask for my life story? Lol!~

What a sad, yet happy ending story. We, too, found a stray, and she had 3 kittens. This is going back over 15 years. We kept the mother and 2 of the kittens. The other one we gave to a family friend. The mother and brother died about 3 years ago, and the other brother that we gave away, got lost and was never found.![]()
They had moved and I think the move confused him. He ran away, and they never found him. SO, Thomas is the last of the family. If I, too, think too much about losing him, I get so upset. Sometimes when he's lying next to me at night, and I'm petting him, I think about what it will be like when I lose him and I get hysterical. I have to stop thinking about it. He's been such a source of comfort through some of the most difficult times in my life.
Cute story...when Angelo and I first met, Angelo came over to my house and was sitting on my couch. Thomas comes over and jumps right into his lap. We were all floored because he never does that to strangers. I had prayed God would give me some sign this was the one. I had just gotten through a very difficult break up and didn't want to go through it again. I knew the second Angelo walked in that he was the one, and this sealed it!!
As for Angelo being allergic, he can't be around him too long. He's ok for a few hours, but after a while, he gets real congested in his chest, has a hard time breathing, and starts sneezing. It just wouldn't work out if we took him, unfortunately.

LOL...sorry, but hairless cats just aren't cute to me. Yeah, it does stink i can't have a cat. Thank God Angelo and I both LOVE German Shepherds. We may try and see if that works out one day. Not sure how he'll do with a dog, but he grew up with them. We'll see. I love cats though...they've always been my favorite...
