Why am I so hungry lately? I had my WW bagel this morning and usually that holds me till lunch. This past week I am starving by 10:00. Stomach actually growling!!

we get hungry when it's cold because your body wants more energy (calories) to keep warm ... when it's already hot out, your body doesn't want more energy so we're usually fuller.
can we blame air conditioning for our hunger in heat though?
though i don't need to blame the cold ... i'm blaming pms ... yay me
