I was talking with my girls about bachelorette ideas, and hunkomania came up, I looked info up online, but it sounded like there may be a few different in NYC. Any info would be helpful....thanx!!

I am going to Hunk O Mania with my girls for my bachelorette party. Hunk O Mania is held at club Spirit, and Hunkmania is at the Copa Cabana. The reason I chose Hunk O Mania is b/c they have a good deal on Limos with Designer Limosines.

I was there a few weeks ago and the show was pretty good, but they are kind of shady. They made us stand outside in the cold and kept going up and down the line asking us if we wanted to go inside for $10 more. Then when we got inside we were told there was 2 drink min. per person for $19 (what if you don't drink?) and the waiters demand a tip. Also the show was rather short, 4 guys performed.
Don't take VIP if they offer it. It is not worth it.
You might want to try the one at the Copa instead.

i think hunkOmania is a bit raunchier than hunkmania...that's what i heard....been in hunkmania a couple of times...FUN FUN FUN!!

Oh wow! Thanks for the additional info. Something to think about. Why would they ask you if you want to go in for $10 more? Is there a point where they stop letting people in, no matter if there are still people waiting on line? Oh man....that would really piss me off ya know? Thanks....good to know.

I know a friend of mine went there and was upset regarding the performers going into the crowd and rubbing up on you if they think you have money...ewwww

I took my best friend to one of their shows in NJ, it was the 'typical' bachelorette party, dinner, drinks and the show, it was really funny and we had a good time! oh wait it wasn't hunko mania it was hunAmania....lol XOXOXOXO Kitty
