Just wondering if anyone was there for a wedding or something else? How is the service there? Or anything else about it?

Re: Huntington Townhouse FeedBack.
I was never there for a wedding but I have been there for a lot of other events. A prom, a sweet 16, a bar mitzfa (spelling?) and work meetings. It has been pleasant every time. My only complaint would be the parking lot. It is always crowded and is bad condition. We are having our wedding there and making sure we get valet parking for this reason.

We had my prom there and it was beautiful!!! I have been there for other events and have not had a complaint. The bathroom is huge and classy, the lighting is great, the food was great, and a lot of people are using it for their weddings.
I was in a wedding there 2 years ago and I remember that the food was good. There was soooooo much of it. Everytime you started a plate, it felt like they were taking it away to give you another one. The cocktail hour was one of the best I have been to.

I went there just because it was so affordable but when I asked about a buffet the woman was extrmemely nasty about it and told me that if I chose a buffet my reception could only be 4 hours long and she would still charge me just as long as a 5 hour reception. At that point we kinda felt why would we ever give you guys our money.

They are against the buffet for weddings for some reason. The price for sit down meal is very reasonable though. It is only $5 less per peron for the buffet. Spot if you want more specifc info (prices, etc) then FM me.

I went to a wedding there almost 2 years ago, the food was served very late and tasted gritty. It was freezing in the CH room, they wouldn't raise the temp because the ice scuplture would have melted. Per my FH, the bar tenders didn't know how to make a long island iced tea. I would not recomend it based on my experience.

I went there first when I went looking for halls - the Man we dealt with was so obnoxious and sneaky and snake-like I walked out. FH thought all halls were going to be like that but he quickly learned otherwise. I hope you have a Banquet Manager that treats you right. They couldn't have paid me to book with them after the experience I had with this idiot. Too bad too, because FH actually liked the place.
