We were looking into staying at the Hyatt in Maui and Kaui does any one have reviews and Pics. We will be on Maui Sept 13-17 and Kaui Sept 18-22.

Definitely check out trip advisor! Here are the links to both the hotels... read the reviews and there are some pics people posted from their trips no there too. They both look amazing!!

uh oh, we are staying at the Hyatt in Kauai for part of our HM. Maybe we should switch to the Princeville!
I did ALOT of research too and felt it was an awesome place for our HM. I guess there'll be good and bad reviews for every place.

I was told by MANY people that the Hyatt is Kauai is much better than the one in Maui. Everyone raves about the hyatt in Kauai!

4 of my friends personally RAVED about the Hyatt in Kauai - so you will be fine! We are staying there also.

We stayed at the Hyatt in Maui, and it was really nice. They had a beautiful room- we were in a parital ocean view, adn had two balconies. They had a reception for couples on their honeymoon, and sent up a congratualtory bottle of champagne. They have a luau at the hotel site. The hotel is on the beach, and it is walking distance from shopping and restaurants. I would go back again, and I would recommend it.

although we didn't stay at the hyatt in kauai (it was under construction and we didn't want to take a chance) we did visit it, walk the grounds and ate dinner there....it was beautiful! not sure about the one in maui.......

the princeville was also beautiful however i prefered the poipu area of kauai better-more to do--princeville was way north on the island----so i would stick to the hyatt in kauai or try the sheraton in poipu

We are staying at the Hyatts. I have heard nothing but wonderful things from people who have stayed at the Hyatt in Kaui. One of the LIW girls just got back from Kaui and she said the Hyatt is one of the most beautiful hotels she has ever seen.
You will always hear negative reviews about everywhere you want to stay. Some of those people on Trip Advisor seem like they could never be pleased with anything.
I see it this way, Your in Hawaii, how could anything be bad.

Hi, Just wanted to let you know that we stayed at both hyatts on our HM. They were both beautiful- the one in Kauai is HUGE. They both have large pools. We tended to explore a lot and didn't really eat too much on the properties. Any questions please feel free to send FM. I agree with another poster though- if you read enough reviews i think someone is boud to have a bad experience at even the best resorts.

just got back friday from our 2 week stay at the hyatts in maui and kauai, i cannot say enough wonderful things, infact, I am currently researching for our next trip there!!!! yes the kauai is 'nicer' than the maui one, but both are just amazing. we also drove around both islands, extensively, and i much prefer the area's that we stayed in as well, very central, great weather, and tons to do. FM me if you have any questions, I will leave you guys with a picture from our road to hana trip.....
If you stay at Hyatt Kauai, definitely go to the spa there.
As soon as I get organized I'll post pics. I just got back!!!!

I can't wait to see the pics. How many people did you have at the Riviera. I am concerned with the table situation we will have aprox 125-135 hoping for 120.
